Refund policy

At CUBED Singapore, we want every order to arrive in good condition and every customer to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on the CUBED Singapore official website.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies only to orders placed on the CUBED Singapore official website.
If you purchased CUBED products from another country website, third-party marketplace, reseller, retailer, group-buy channel or physical store, please contact the original place of purchase. Their own return and refund policy may apply.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the product must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- With all seals, boxes, labels, inserts, gifts and accessories intact
- In saleable condition
- Purchased directly from the CUBED Singapore official website
Important: For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for change of mind.
3. 7-Day Sensitive Skin Return
We understand that sensitive skin can react differently from person to person. If you experience clear irritation after using a CUBED product, please stop using the product immediately and contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To submit a Sensitive Skin Return request, please email us with:
- Your order number
- Your full name and contact number
- The product name
- A short description of what happened
- Photos of the product and original packaging
- Photos of the affected area, where possible
The product, original packaging and purchase record must be kept for review. CUBED may request that the product be returned before a refund is processed.
Sensitive Skin Return requests that are approved by CUBED will be refunded to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected, where a return is required.
4. Damaged, Leaking, Incorrect, Missing or Expired Items
Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, missing an item or expired, please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name and contact number
- Photos of the parcel
- Photos of the affected product
- Photo of the shipping label
- A short description of the issue
Please keep the product, parcel, packaging and shipping materials until our team has completed the review. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund according to the issue.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, expired or accepted under our 7-Day Sensitive Skin Return, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used products returned due to change of mind
- Products returned due to personal preference, including scent, texture, colour or finish, after opening
- Products without original packaging, seals, boxes, labels, inserts or purchase record
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, heat exposure, contamination or handling after delivery
- Free gifts, samples, trial sachets and promotional items
- Products purchased from third-party retailers, marketplaces, resellers or non-CUBED Singapore channels
- Return requests submitted after the stated return period
- Orders suspected of resale, fraud, repeated excessive claims or abnormal return behaviour
Natural skincare products may have slight differences in colour, texture or scent between batches. These normal variations do not usually qualify as product defects.
6. How to Submit a Return Request
To request a return, please email info@cubedskincaresg.com within the applicable return period.
Your email should include:
- Order number
- Full name
- Contact number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Relevant photos, where applicable
Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from CUBED. Returns sent without approval may be delayed, rejected or not traceable.
7. Return Shipping
For approved returns caused by damaged, leaking, incorrect, missing or expired items, CUBED will provide return instructions.
For approved Sensitive Skin Return requests within Singapore, CUBED will provide return instructions if the product needs to be returned.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as CUBED is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit.
For Malaysia orders, return shipping, customs duties, import taxes and cross-border charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error by CUBED.
8. Refunds
Once your return is approved and the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are calculated based on the actual amount paid after discounts, vouchers, promotional codes, store credits and bundle offers.
Original shipping fees, express shipping fees, return shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, payment processing fees and other additional charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by CUBED or required by applicable law.
9. Bundles, Sets, Gifts & Promotions
Products purchased as part of a bundle, set or promotional offer must be returned together as a complete set, unless otherwise approved by CUBED.
If gifts, samples or promotional items are not returned, or if the returned order no longer meets the promotion requirement, the value of the gift, discount or shipping benefit may be deducted from the refund.
10. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cubedskincaresg.com.
Once an order has been packed, processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel or amend it.
11. Product Use & Sensitive Skin Reminder
Everyone’s skin is different. We recommend patch testing before first use, especially if you have highly reactive skin or known ingredient sensitivities.
If irritation or discomfort occurs, stop using the product immediately. For severe, persistent or worsening skin concerns, please consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional.
CUBED products are cosmetic skincare products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
