Shipping policy

CUBED Singapore ships orders quickly and safely to Singapore and Malaysia. Please check that your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address are correct before placing your order.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to Singapore and Malaysia. Available shipping options and final delivery charges will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
2. Shipping Fees

Important: The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before shipping fees, taxes, duties or additional charges.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Time
Singapore Orders
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Most Singapore orders are estimated to arrive within 2–4 working days after the order is confirmed.
Malaysia Orders
Malaysia orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination address, courier arrangement, customs clearance and local delivery conditions.
Working days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays, Malaysia public holidays and courier non-working days. During peak sale periods, new product launches, public holidays or periods of high courier volume, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking information by email, SMS or other available contact method.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout, including:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Full delivery address
- Unit number, where applicable
- Postal code
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cubedskincaresg.com. If your order has already been packed or dispatched, we may not be able to amend the delivery details in time.
6. Failed Delivery or Unclaimed Parcel
If a parcel is returned to CUBED due to failed delivery, refusal of delivery, incorrect address, incomplete contact details, unclaimed parcel or failure to respond to courier delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, redelivery fee and any additional courier or handling charges.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes for Malaysia Orders
Malaysia orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees charged by the destination country or local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
8. Damaged, Leaking, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please check your parcel as soon as you receive it. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, missing items, incorrect or with any delivery-related issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@cubedskincaresg.com.

- Photos of the parcel
- Photos of the affected product
- Photo of the shipping label
- Brief description of the issue
